🔊 Cleaning Noise Efficiency

Compares RMS noise on sections that were actively cleaned within the chosen window. Select two noise uploads — the earlier one as Before, the later as After — then pick how many days of cleaning history to include. Only active-cable sections appear in noise files; tail sections are excluded.
